Your driver arrives within the confirmed pickup window. They knock, introduce themselves, and assist with the boarding process from start to finish.
Your mobility device is secured with professional anchoring systems before we move. A caregiver or family attendant may ride along at no extra charge. The vehicle stays at a safe temperature throughout the trip.
