We accept Medicaid and Medicare Advantage. For residents in Schaumburg, Joliet, and other collar county areas, we can coordinate directly with your insurance or Medicaid broker to arrange covered trips.
Advance notice of 24 hours is preferred. Same-day trips are available when a vehicle is open. We confirm your booking and send a reminder before the pickup window.
Your driver arrives within the confirmed pickup window. They knock, introduce themselves, and help with the boarding process from start to finish.
Your wheelchair is secured with professional tie-downs before we move. A caregiver or family attendant may ride along at no extra charge. The vehicle stays at a safe temperature, and the ride is smooth and direct.
For longer trips to destinations like Northwestern Medicine or Rush University Medical Center, we plan the route ahead to avoid construction and high-traffic areas around Chicago.
