Special needs transportation is a non-emergency ride service for passengers who require additional support due to physical, cognitive, sensory, or developmental conditions. Standard ride services are not equipped or trained for these trips.
Our vehicles are configured for passengers with diverse needs. Each one has a hydraulic lift or ramp, wide interior clearance, and professional securement systems for wheelchairs, scooters, and adaptive equipment. We also carry sensory-friendly interiors — calm, quiet, and consistent.
Every trip is door-to-door. Our driver meets the passenger at the entrance, assists with boarding, and confirms the person is safely inside at the destination before leaving. Chicagoland winters add ice and access challenges — we plan for that on every run.
Vehicles are climate-controlled and inspected regularly. A caregiver or family member may ride along at no extra charge.
We serve children and adults with a wide range of conditions, including autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, traumatic brain injury, and other physical or developmental disabilities. Our drivers know how to respond calmly and consistently to each passenger’s needs.
Families in Naperville, Aurora, and Chicago contact us when school buses or standard NEMT providers cannot accommodate their child’s specific requirements. We handle recurring daily routes and one-time medical trips alike.
If your passenger has behavioral or sensory sensitivities, let us know when you book. We match the right driver and prepare the vehicle accordingly.

We accept Medicaid and Medicare Advantage. For families in Schaumburg, Joliet, and other collar county areas, we can coordinate with your insurance or Medicaid broker to arrange covered trips.
24-hour advance notice is preferred. Same-day availability depends on open vehicles. We confirm the booking and send a reminder before the pickup window.
Your driver arrives within the confirmed pickup window. They introduce themselves calmly, follow the passenger’s lead, and assist with boarding at whatever pace is needed.
Mobility equipment is secured before the vehicle moves. A caregiver or family attendant may ride along at no extra charge. The cabin stays quiet and at a comfortable temperature throughout.
For trips to facilities like Advocate Good Samaritan, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital, or therapy centers in the western suburbs, we plan the route in advance to avoid delays.
